Co-Ed Middle & High School Teens
Designed for students adjusting to changes in family structure, this group provides:

  • A safe space to process feelings related to separation or divorce

  • Tools for managing transitions between households

  • Skills for expressing needs respectfully

  • Strategies to reduce loyalty conflicts and stress
    Students learn healthy coping mechanisms while normalizing their experiences alongside peers facing similar transitions.

Empowered Emotions

Teen Girls Anger Management
This group supports girls in understanding and managing strong emotions such as anger, frustration, and irritability. Participants learn:

  • Healthy emotional expression

  • Conflict resolution strategies

  • Impulse control skills

  • Assertive (not aggressive) communication

  • Self-regulation techniques
    The goal is to help girls feel empowered, confident, and capable in social and academic settings.

Co-Ed High School Teens 
This interactive group focuses on building meaningful peer connections. Students:

  • Practice conversation skills and active listening

  • Learn to navigate peer pressure and social media challenges

  • Develop empathy and perspective-taking

  • Strengthen problem-solving and boundary-setting skills
    The group offers role-play, guided discussions, and collaborative activities to build confidence in social settings.

Co-Ed High School Teens 
This group offers a compassionate environment for students experiencing sadness, low motivation, or feelings of isolation. Focus areas include:

  • Identifying and challenging negative thought patterns

  • Behavioral activation and mood-building strategies

  • Stress management and coping tools

  • Building supportive peer connections
    Students learn practical skills to “find light” through shared strength and structured therapeutic support.
